Tandoori Chicken for Father's Day
It’s not that we do not celebrate father’s day. We do. We just do not celebrate it to the same extent as mother’s day: but who does?
Mathew celebrated father’s day exactly the way he wanted. He was windsurfing in Maui with his buddies, John, Peter and Jeff. They sailed from noon until 5pm at Sprecks. He would return to Oahu sunburned and with blood blisters on his hands. They played hard!
Jaiden prepared Tandoori Chicken with all the fixings. The oven was hand built by Jaiden. The project took half a year to complete but it was worth it. The chicken and pizzas that come out of it are amazing.
